One of my favourite parts when first meeting new clients is finding out how they met! Everyone's story is unique and I love that! Carly and Greg met through Carly's cousin - who is also Greg's friend. They had planned a big trip a couple of summer's ago as a group and they wanted to all get together and make sure everyone that was going had all met each other before they left. On their trip they really got a chance to get to know each other but It wasn't until later that year that they officially started dating. Greg lives on Vancouver Island so they have spent their relationship traveling the ferry back and forth and only a few months into their relationship Greg knew that Carly was the one. On one of her many trips over to the island he took Carly for a walk and with their friends hanging out in the bushes taking photos he popped the big question at sunset and of course Carly said yes! These two are adventurous, hilarious and so so sweet together! For their engagement session they wanted to make sure we grabbed a few photos with a ferry in the background since that has been such a big part of their relationship! From there we head to Whytecliff Park, and oh man, it was unreal! It was the first time there for all of us and we were all in awe of how amazing it was! I could have spent all night there! Carly & Greg's wedding is this weekend and I can't wait to spend it with them!!
