First of all I just want to say that the fact that you are considering the investment to capture this current time in you life is freaking amazing! Portrait sessions can be one of the most memorable times you have with those closest to you! 

Whether it is a family, maternity, newborn or a couples session they are fun & laid back!! If the kids want to explore, let them!! If they get dirty, its totally ok! And if we need to bribe them with ice cream to participate ... thats OK too!! They are non-formal, not stressful and capture who you are together, nothing super serious or perfect!

Any parent knows that perfect isn't real life.

Being a Mom of 3 I completely understand that kids of all ages have their things, toddlers want to go go go go, older kids want to run free & teenagers often don't want to be a part of it... but thats the joy of that stage of their life and we are going to document it all. If you want the perfect posed, everyone looking at the camera holding stiff smiles the entire session... then I am unfortunately not the photographer for you!
If you're hoping to capture your family just as they are, laughing, genuinely having fun, playing games, real smiles, and truly enjoying the quality time together... then we might be a great fit!

I know how incredibly valuable the candid in-between moments are whether its your family or you and your significant other! I want to capture you. just as you are.  I am here to help with picking the best location for your family, outfits, and preparing you all for a relaxed session! All sessions will be scheduled close to sunset for the best lighting opportunities.  I do not shoot in the rain and we will reschedule if it is raining.
